Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern use of anrenstudio.com and purchases from Anren Studio, the trading name of Northline Creative Ltd. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the site.

Access and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for accurate account and order information, safeguarding any account credentials, and using the site lawfully. We may refuse service or suspend access where reasonably necessary.

Products and availability

We aim to present products, sizes, colours, and images accurately, but screen settings can affect appearance. Stock can change without notice; if an item becomes unavailable after an order, we may cancel the affected item and refund any amount paid.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, a pricing or listing error, unavailable stock, or another legitimate operational reason. Purchases are for personal use and may not be bought for resale.

Prices and billing

Prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK). We may change prices before an order is accepted and correct an obvious pricing error; where an order is cancelled for an error, any payment collected for it will be refunded. You must provide complete, current payment and billing information.

Payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be dispatched. See the Payment Policy for checkout-security information.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are fulfilled from Asia and delivered in Denmark through PostNord. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and we are not liable for carrier, customs, or events outside our reasonable control. The Shipping Policy states processing, transit, delivery, and delayed-parcel terms.

Cancellations and returns

Contact us within 24 hours of placing an order if you need to request cancellation. After that window we may be unable to stop fulfilment; the Refund Policy explains returns, withdrawal rights, exchanges, and refunds.

Intellectual property and feedback

Anren Studio’s site content, product photography, copy, trade names, and design materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may not reproduce or exploit them without permission. If you submit a review, comment, or suggestion, you confirm it is lawful and grant us a non-exclusive right to use it in connection with the store.

Third-party services and privacy

The store is powered by Shopify, but each sale is made directly with Anren Studio. Third-party tools and links are outside our control and are used at your own risk. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.

Disclaimers, liability, and force majeure

To the extent permitted by law, the site and services are supplied as available. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order, except where law requires otherwise. We are not responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including transport disruption, customs delay, labour disputes, or natural events.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by Danish law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. We may update these Terms for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons; the current version is posted here.
