Shipping policy

Last updated: 10 September 2026. This Shipping Policy applies to Anren Studio orders delivered to addresses in Denmark.

Where we ship and fulfilment origin

We currently ship only within Denmark. Orders are prepared by our fulfilment partners in Asia and delivered by PostNord. We do not ship to PO Boxes, military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or restricted areas.

Processing, transit, and delivery

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 4pm CET are processed on the next business day. Once dispatched, transit normally takes 4 to 8 days. The total estimated delivery time is therefore 5 to 10 business days from order placement.

Shipping cost

Delivery within Denmark is free. There is no minimum order value and no delivery charge is added at checkout.

Customs, duties and order charges

Because orders are fulfilled from Asia for delivery to Denmark, customs, import duties, VAT, or handling charges may apply where required by law. Where a charge is due, responsibility and the final amount are determined by the relevant authority or carrier; any amount shown at checkout is the amount we collect for the order.

Tracking and delivery attempts

We send dispatch confirmation when PostNord receives the parcel. If a delivery attempt fails or a parcel is returned to sender, contact us through the Contact Us page so we can review the available redelivery or refund options. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect address or an uncollected parcel may be deducted where permitted by law.

Delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrect parcels

If a parcel has not arrived within 15 business days after dispatch, or arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us through the Contact Us page. For damaged or incorrect items, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item, its packaging, and the shipping label. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
