When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and normally arrive 5-10 business days from order placement. Delivery in Denmark is free and uses PostNord after dispatch.

Where do you ship?

We currently deliver to addresses in Denmark only. Orders are fulfilled from Asia. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or restricted areas.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have a 30-day return window from delivery and, for online purchases, a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. Change-of-mind return postage is your responsibility; see the Refund Policy before returning an item.

Which payment methods can I use?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Payment is handled securely at checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

Contact us within 24 hours of placing an order to request cancellation. After that, fulfilment may already have started and the normal returns process may apply.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, its packaging, and the shipping label. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
